Dyersburglakewood.com is one of my domain names pointing to this Lakewood blog/website. My other domain name is tennesseelakefrontproperties.com. I use that last domain name to attract people from out of state who are looking to move and live on a lake in Tennessee.

In case you residents in Lakewood have not noticed, there are lots of people interested in relocating to Dyersburg's Lakewood community. I have talked to 2 different families in the last 2 days who called on my sign at 40 Redwood Lane. BTW, that one is closing at the end of December.

A couple of days ago I met yet another family(husband works at Nucore) who want to live in Dyersburg's Lakewood community. I showed them 40 Redwood Lane and they think it is a little small.

Nice Dyersburg Lakewood Home Sold In 2 Days

Back on March 10, 2014 I was contacted by the owners of 40 Maple Circle in Lakewood to list their home. It had been on the market for quite a long time but was expired when they contacted me. We also have an active property owner's association in Lakewood. While membership is voluntary, the use of the lakes is limited to dues-paying members only. The yearly fee of $200.00, helps pay for insurance and dam inspections, as well as mowing and lighting the common areas. There is a family wanting to relocate to Dyersburg's Lakewood Subdivision. Their desire is to be directly on the water. The house needs to be at least 4000' heated and cooled and a dock would be a plus.

Another Family Wanting To Move To Dyersburg And Lakewood

I have a new family wanting to relocate from Campbell, Missouri to Dyersburg and Lakewood. Her husband works at a steel mill across the river and she also works across the river. Many of his co-workers have bragged on lakewood so they have decided to come and look tomorrow (Friday January 10, 2013).

Dyersburg's Lakewood Blog Is Being Read

Today a young lady stopped me at Walmart to tell me that she loves my Dyersburg Lakewood blog. Actually she and her husband are looking to purchase a home in Lakewood. She told me they are looking for a house on the water with 3 bedrooms and at least 2 baths. They want to be in the $160,000 price range.
She told me that her mom found my blog and called her and she has been reading and watching for new listings about everyday. I bet she reads this post!

Also do not forget that last family I mentioned looking for a 4+ bedrooms preferable on the water and garage parking not in the basement.

The family that was looking in Lakewood up to $350,000 is now under contract to purchase(but not in Lakewood).

One client Family Still Looking For 4-5 Bedroom Home in Dyersburg's Lakewood Community

I still have one family who has outgrown their existing home who wants to purchase a 4 or 5 bedroom home in Dyersburg's Lakewood Community. If the house is not on the water they really want a spacious back yard that is fenced.

The home at 69 Oak Ridge is now sold. It was listed for $265,000 and has 4 bedroom, 3 full baths and 2 half baths. We(Carousel Realty) sold this home for $232,500 with the seller paying  $6850.41 closing costs for the buyer making the real price $225,649.59. One House Gone But Nice One Remains

The Lakewood house at 108 Beech Circle has sold. It sold for $175,000 and closed on Friday. There are a few houses left for sale at Dyersburg's lakewood subdivision but only one right now that I really love.

69 Oak Ridge is a 4 bedroom, 3 full & 2 half bath brick 2 story with a basement that includes parking for 2 cars.

The lot size is one acre and it sits on lakewood's second largest lake. This house is listed for $265,000.The heated and cooled sq footage is 3503' and this home was built in 1992.
