I am working with a family relocating to the area who want to live in Dyersburg's Lakewood Community. The wife will be in town next week to begin looking at Lakewood homes.

Here is their wishlist:

1. 2-3 car garage
2. 4 or more bedrooms with master on lower level
3. walk out basement
4. fence or invisible fence to keep in the dogs
5. prefer waterfront but not a must
6. open floor plan
7. screened in porch a plus
8. pool would be a plus
9. great rooms preferred over den and formal living areas
10. price range up to $300,000+
