Whenever new clients come to town wanting to live in the country and spend between $200,000 and $300,000, I always take them to Dyersburg's Lakewood Community first. To me Lakewood reminds me of east Tennessee's rolling hills(but with 5 lakes included).
Many who relocate to the Dyersburg area for jobs across the river in Blytheville usually choose to live in Lakewood because of the beauty of the area and proximity to the ramp for I155.
