A couple of days ago I met yet another family(husband works at Nucore) who want to live in Dyersburg's Lakewood community. I showed them 40 Redwood Lane and they think it is a little small.
If you haven't noticed there are many houses that have recently sold in Lakewood and the inventory is pretty low.
