We also have an
active property owner's association in Lakewood. While membership is
voluntary, the use of the lakes is limited to dues-paying members only.
The yearly fee of $200.00, helps pay for insurance and dam inspections,
as well as mowing and lighting the common areas. Mowing alone is a
huge expense, and improves everyone's property values and enjoyment of
living in Lakewood. Please contact me with any questions.
