Here is a new listing at Lakewood (465 Oak Ridge Road)that is not on the water. I viewed this house a couple of weeks ago and tried to list it. However, they have listed it with another company who gave them a higher value. I will have to admit that this home is very nice with lots of amenities.

Non waterfront properties do sell well in our area. However, if you have a waterfront property and a non waterfront property priced about the same, most people will jump on the waterfront property before the other.
