Two More Clients Wanting In Dyersburg's Lakewood Community

Over the last couple of days I have been in contact with two different families wanting to relocate to Dyersburg's Lakewood community. The first family is trying to sell a house across the river but the second family currently resides in a rental in Dyersburg but can move pretty quickly.

I have instructed both clients to search for active listings in Lakewood by clicking that link over on the right and have also talked to them about some of those.

We also have an active property owner's association in Lakewood. While membership is voluntary, the use of the lakes is limited to dues-paying members only. The yearly fee of $200.00, helps pay for insurance and dam inspections, as well as mowing and lighting the common areas. Mowing alone is a huge expense, and improves everyone's property values and enjoyment of living in Lakewood. Please contact me with any questions.

Family Moving From Pennsylvania Wants On Water At Dyersburg's Lakewood Subdivision

There is a family wanting to relocate to Dyersburg's Lakewood Subdivision. Their desire is to be directly on the water. The house needs to be at least 4000' heated and cooled and a dock would be a plus.

Their desired price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

Another Family Wanting To Move To Dyersburg And Lakewood

I have a new family wanting to relocate from Campbell, Missouri to Dyersburg and Lakewood. Her husband works at a steel mill across the river and she also works across the river. Many of his co-workers have bragged on lakewood so they have decided to come and look tomorrow (Friday January 10, 2013).
