I showed a family a few homes in Lakewood on New Year's eve. They really wanted to find a one level with lots of water frontage.
Two of the homes we looked at were multi-story.
This family is empty nesters so can downsize some from the house they own now in Wisconsin.
If you are living in Lakewood and are considering selling your home, please let me know and I will show the home to this couple. The wife has an illness which requires her to move down here to warmer temperatures.
