Every year about this time the Dyersburg Lakewood homeowners association sponsors a fishing rodeo for the homeowners of Lakewood.

Beautiful Dyersburg Lakewood Home Under Contract

The beautiful Lakewood home at 69 Oak Ridge Road is now under contract. I wrote in my last post about it being my favorite home on the market in Lakewood.

On of my agents just negotiated a sales contract and it will close later this month. This house was originally listed at $265,000 but was recently reduced to $259,900.

This home has been on the market 241 days. As soon as this is closed I will tell you the sales price.
