I still have one family who has outgrown their existing home who wants to purchase a 4 or 5 bedroom home in Dyersburg's Lakewood Community. If the house is not on the water they really want a spacious back yard that is fenced.
The wife does not want to park in the basement parking and have to carry groceries up the basement steps. Also, they home school their children(3) so need that extra room for that. Price range can be anywhere between $180,000 and $260,000.

P.S. that last couple did not find what they were looking for but may make an offer today on something outside Lakewood. They will go up to $350,000 and want the home to be "nice".
