Today I met with a client looking to build a home at Dyersburg's Lakewood Community. He really prefers to be on the water. We had a lot we were ready to purchase but the owner raised the price above the real value.
My buyer will be leaving to return to Texas tomorrow so please call me before he departs so he can look at your lot. This is his second trip here and probable his last before closing on a purchase at Lakewood.
At this point he would even consider a lakefront home if yours is not already on the market as we looked at several listed houses at Lakewood during both visits.
